I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 1988, obtaining my Broker’s license in 1997. I specialize in single family residential, condominium, vacant lots and land and multi-family home sales. I have also been involved in the commercial sale of office buildings. I serve the Metro Indianapolis area as well as all of the surrounding counties including Hamilton, Marion, Boone, Hancock, Tipton, Madison and Hendricks and am considered a relocation specialist. I have completed my GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) Designation which enhances my real estate knowledge and extends my referral resources. I am a member of the Noblesville Chamber of Commerce, The National Association of Realtors (NAR), Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors (MIBOR), and the Indiana Association of Realtors. I live in Noblesville, Indiana, with my wife, Faith, son Vince who is a Senior at Anderson University and son Clay who is a Senior at Florida Gulf Coast University. I have lived in Hamilton County since graduating from Anderson University in 1978. I am actively involved in youth baseball instruction, am a Noblesville Babe Ruth board member and I am the assistant coach for this year’s US Athletic 15U team. My family and I attend White River Christian Church in Noblesville.
