Tony originally assisted us when we purchased our first home 5 years ago. He was so wonderful to work with then, that when we decided to randomly list our house this winter, it was a given that he was our first contact! We wanted to get it listed pretty quickly and he made himself available as soon as we needed him. Tony is so very knowledgeable in every aspect of real estate. He's honest and won't lead you down the wrong path, whether you're buying or selling. He keeps you updated throughout the entire process. He's always available anytime, whether it be via text, email, or phone. He doesn't make you feel like you're just "another" client. He really treats you like a friend or family. He genuinely cares and will spend as much time as he needs to get your house sold or your house purchase complete. There wasn't any time during our house selling process where I felt concerned with his recommendations or worried that he was leading us down the wrong path. He actually makes the whole selling/buying process really enjoyable! And next time we are ready to buy or sell, we know we'll be calling him!

This is my second time around with Tony Markus of Viewpoint, and I have nothing but great things to say. We sold my house in 2 days initially, before the buyer's financing fell through, but Tony held on through to the end. We saw so many houses, and honestly, I felt like a burden, but it was of no matter to Tony. He just kept plugging away 'til we found the right place. Tony always made time for me and listened to my concerns. He answered my questions via text, email, phone call, you name it. Whether it was a late-night quick text or an early morning call to discuss terms, he was always listening and answering! I found a home I love, and it took a couple of months, but Tony never got frustrated (that I know of!), and was very patient, even after a few purchase attempts fell through for us. I highly recommend Viewpoint Realty, as they give a more personal touch than a lot of the bigger chains. They're not just in it for the commission. They want you to love where you live, and that's what matters to me.
